Injecting through tattoos

Anything to worry about if I were to shoot through a tattoo that is about 3 weeks old?

Well, he has been using quads and glutes. But it would be good if he were able to rotate in delts as well. So... any harm in shooting through a 3 week old tat on the delt?

I have a new tattoo on my shoulder too and I shot through it last week - no problems that I know of (it was a little over two weeks old btw)...

The ink is already permanent in his skin, an IM injection isn't going to affect the tattoo....

He and I were just talking about lats and calf shots. Do you find these difficult to do and also, how deep are you going for these? Thanks

IK would be a little apprehensive about shooting through a tattoo only because if something were to go wrong, as in infection or swelling, you could easily distort the tattoo permanently. While it has nothing to do with the fact that youre pushing a needle through it, and its a rare thing, I still wouldnt feel too good about it.

i have tattoos covering most of my upperbody, neck, arms, chest, back to stomach and have spot inj. almost everywhere and have not had any problems with it. the only problem i could see is if it was to get infected. otherwise its not gonna hurt anything.

that is how i feel too, I was surprised he said they were one of his favorites.
