Hey i posted about 3 years ago about a cycle for football but never decided to do it so i have been playing football for about 3 years clean...........Now i finally actually ran into someone who can get me stuff. Three years ago i was 180lbs i think i benched like 215 and squatted like 275...........now im 192 and i bench 225 and squat 315 so i have gone up some in the years but nothing drastic mostly my muscle have matured and developed alot but not a great increase in strength. well the person wants to get me 450 sustenon....anadrol 50...and trenaboline....i havent researched everything yet but i was just wondering if i should go with this many products on my first cycle. I think he wants me to run it 10 weeks and i havent asked about how much each week and what not. Also i would like to do one cycle then take my break and run my second through the season......my season starts april 20. Any coments apreciated thanks.

How old are you? What's your diet look like? 12lbs. in 3 years leads me to believe something is wrong with your diet. You also need to do a lot more research about the substances you listed so you can come back with an outline and from there we can critique it for you.

Im 24 and my diet is good when i want it to be but i dont eat clean all the time but i know how to eat right. Ill eat good for about 3-5 days but then i will go bad for about 3 days...........i have been really good for like a month at a time before and stuff just not for a really long time. when my diet is good this is what i like to eat. Breakfast ill eat some raisin brand with no milk and a small portion of plain oatmeal. i eat at 630am so at 930am i eat a whole wheat ham sandwich with a little mayo. At 12pm i will eat can of tuna with 4 whole wheat crackers mixed with mustard.........a little cup of mixed fruit that comes in light syrup......99 percent fat free yogurt. Then at 230p i have a protien bar that has 28g of protien very little fat like 1-2g and very little carbs. At 5p i will have a V8 with some chicken that i rotiserie that sometimes i will put in pasta and sometimes i will eat it by it self. Also i buy some chicken bowls from costco that i will mix in a can of salmon sometimes and eat that. The chicken bowl has a variety of veges but it isnt like lean cusine or anything so it carrys a good amount of cals. My wieght isnt a problem form me i can gain and cut wieght really well. My motivation for steroids isnt for the way it will make me look but more the way it will make me perform. Even when i eat really good and train good i see my body lean out and what not but my strength feels like im almost maxed out.

1. You should be eating more protein.
2. First cycle should always be test only. You shouldn't even think about anadrol or tren at this point. Sustanon twice a week (Monday/Thursday) for ten weeks would be your best bet out of the items you listed.
Now, you said 450 sustanon...was that a typo? Sustanon is 250mg/mL

Before you read below, do a 'search' on the thread that tells you what steroids will and will not do for you. Maybe a MOD can send you the link to it within this forum.
you must be playing semi-pro football. Besides what Hitmansb said, if you want to put on size during the season, you must be 3rd string. THe reason I say this is, I play semi-pro and you don't put on weight, nor size during a season unless you are an Offensive lineman OR 3rd string and don't play. You actually lose size, weight, and strength is situational during the season. Do yourself a favor for this season, change your diet, DO YOUR FUCKING PLYOS, and wait on the gear until the off-season. You need your full attention span, knowledge base, research complete, and some guidance before you come to the dark side. Don't further fuck up the world of steroids by your lack of information and become a headline somewhere and have society's clamps twisted down even tighter on the people who know what we're doing. I'm not FLAMING you here, just speaking honestly to you, like any other adult would; kind of like a public service announcement. Good luck.

nycmitch i put my diet up.................dscousin yeah i play semi pro and i have been playing for three years im not 3rd string im 2nd but i get my playing time...........it just kinda sucks cause i garantee you that i work a lot harder than guys on my team cause i know them personally but alot of them just have a lot better genetics........i mean these guys are smoking cigarettes in the parking lot and then going out and playing football and still are faster than me........but i understand what you guys are saying so thanks for the info.

I've played semi-pro for three seasons also. You will always find people with better genetics than another person, but how you beat these guys is on HEART and dedication. I went through the same thing you are my first year, but just like the guys you see smoke in the parking lot etc, I took my off season and did what they were unwilling to do and that is TRAIN, EAT, PLYOS, SLEEP, repeat, repeat, repeat. ALso, when it comes to semi-pro ball, it's not always about "working a lot harder," it's being smarter and more seasoned. What I mean about this is this, whatever your position is, you are suppose to drill until it becomes 2nd nature. They say is takes drilling a technique 1000 before you can do it well in practice and 10,000 before you do it without thought in a game.
You made a comment about them being faster, some of that is genetics, but you can increase your speed with a jump rope routine that you do a minimum of three times per week and a plyo routine 2-3 times per week. Remember, don't run more than 2miles when you train, this will make you slower. Plyos and a jump rope routine will work on your speed, long distance running will work in reverse. JUMP ROPE = quickness off the ball PLYOS = Explosion off the ball. Lastly, if you only had one lift to do for football, it's said time and time again that POWER CLEANS is that lift. If you have anymore questions about how to get better at ball, send me a PM and I will give you every piece of coaching info I can. (almost forgot, I also am a team captain and assist/coach for our d-line).

Found this off season football training article. It has eating, training, & supplementation information in it. The supplementation stuff seems to be a bit much, but there is some good workout plans in it including plyometric examples.

First cycle,,,try 500mg Testosterone E weekly. Use a small amount of Arimidex to rid any estrogen side effects which should be minimal.

Thanks for the info i think my training is decent i will check out that link for more info. I do work some plyos and i do a lot of power lifting like cleans snatch squat. Where do you play ds cousin? Thanks for all the advice. I still am thinking about using cause i have easy access right now and i feel like i have worked out pretty much as hard as anyone who works 40 plus hours a week so i would like to take it to another level.

I would suggest trying Test e at 1ml-300mgs/Tues and Thursdays and Winni at 50-75mgs every day. Test E 10weeks and winni for 8 weeks at 50mg-75mg ed. Trenbolone will give u strenghth and size with minimal bloat but will kill your cardio in half no joke. So whats the point of being strong and big if you cant even run a mile without huffing and puffing. Not to mention the tren cough. Test e is good for strenghth and size winni is good for cutting and stamina. You could run all day and fast on winni.
