I know HGH is fragile when it come to heat and light but what about the cold. I cleaned out my trunk and I guess a bottle had fallen out of my gym bag. It was frozen...should it be ok if I just set it out at room temp.? Is it still ok to use? :hmmm:

Mixed already or still in wafer form? also if mixed in water or bac water? depends on may variables.
