    Test C 600mg/wk x 16 wks
    Tren E 400mg/wk x 13 wks
    Nolva 20mg/day through PCT

    1st time with tren...how lean can one expect to be with cardio 3 x / wk
    Diet is in check.

    Lifting Very hard 4 day split.

    Currently 234 5'8" 19%

    No flame please

    Thinking of adding masteron last 8 weeks and increasing cardio.....anythoughts?

    cycle looks good tren E can be tricky if your sensitive to it. it takes forever to clear if you have problems. if your diet is in check you wont need the nolva, unless your takin it for some other reason? everyone is different so i cant say how much you will gain or loose but you should like it. i do. i havnt tryed mastron yet but i am some time around may. if you do add please post up your thoughts of it.

      Thanks....on week 3 now....feeling hella stronger....few night sweats and slightly jittery but otherwise ok.

      Why do I not need nolva???

        Any suggestions on what to do? What other supps? Increase cardio? Thinking about a dnp cycle....done it befor and tolerated it well.....just got married 6 months ago and that blew up my bf% lol!

        Thoughts on clen?

        Thoughts on T3?

          If your looking to lean up from this cycle I would add some more cardio in there.
          If your not competing I would stay away from dnp,t3 and most of that other shit and eat properly for what your trying to do.
          It does take some dicipline and hard work. The drugs can't do it all.

              what do you need it for is the question that should be asked? im just guessin you take it to keep the bloat down? its better to have a clean diet. if your takin it for your lipid profile then thats cool. alot of people do this i personaly dont take it durring cycle cuzz i feel the less is better. i would also say no to T-3 and DNP but that is your choice i tend to lean on the safer side of things. add in more cardio if needed.
