Ok here is the thing i got some Entant QV 250 and want to start off with that i am 22 years old and have a pretty good diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates. i used to lift allot and now i am getting back into it i got hurt in the army and ripped my abdominal muscles to hell. so the thing is i cant figure out how much to use. any help would be appreciated.
