    Hy boys!! , i'm I am here still for one question about my summer cycle.
    I had intention to use some tren. and of the fast test. (your suggestion among test propionate or test suspens.?).
    this is the fist step and ,to alternate days to insert eca stck and clen.
    do you have some suggestions to give me?

    the diet in that period wold be :
    WORKOUT DAys
    180gr carbs
    400gr pro
    50fat

    NOT workout DAys
    150gr carbs
    350gr pro
    40gr fat
    becouse now i'm stay at 340gr carbs / 300pro /50fat in workout day and 150gr carbs/300gr pro/40fat NOTworkout day, but every 3 weeks I remove 80gr of carbohydrates in the days of training, lifting the proteins and leaving invariate the fats.
    thin to April where I will add cardio at least 3 times a week (run) and if it were too soon I wanted to begin a good cycle for the definition, and even to also increase in the general mass :)


    what do you think?

    please help me to create e good cycle!! , today in the evening i post some photo to give a idea !!

    for 1 it seems your diet on workout days an non workout days are much the same.some1 here im sure could help u out.......but the search key works great for me
