i love fina for cutting. i've never combined it with GH, but will soon! lol
pm 'shawn ray' here on the board, he has made a pretty amazing transformation from what my buddy tells me. it's all in diet though man. i have actually never met 'shawn ray' in person, but know of him through a friend...he is apparently so lean right now that you can see ripples of striations every time he moves.

prop @ 100mgs ed week 1-16
fina @ 75mgs ed week 1-8
winny @50mgs ed week 10-16
T3 the last 6 weeks peaking at 125 mcg ed.
GH at the same dose you are using now...
no need for anything else really. any more gear than that would be a waste imo...you're just trying to preserve muscle.

diet should be adjusted so you cut carbs to cut fat then add them back to get nice pumps and gain lean mass cut carbs back again then add them back 2 days out so your not flat....
diet is really the key I've never done contest prep but i have designed the diets for a few that worked out really well......You need to listen to your body

but I would run fina at all 16, but at least 10 12 weeks, and 100mg ed
