Where should I post for the first time? I found this site around 4 hrs ago... and I feel pretty excited about it....I'm just new to the "game" and I've been doing my homework for the past 7 months... I've read from biochemisty... to endocrinology... nutrition, etc, etc... and I mean books, not internet posts... As a novice you guys can imagine Im trying to get rid of some fat.. I've tried the paintful natural way lot of times before... my last effort started in 7/2006 and I'v put down 55lbs all natural...really paintful... with frustated months... I have charted my daily weight since around 8/2006... I dont remember the last time I failed a fasted cardio session... I believe it was around 1/4/2007... since that day I haven failed one session... my diet is ok... my work out too... but the results arent! My question how do I continue from this point? What would be the next step?
I know what I have to take and how to take it... What do I do next?

    Thanks

Thanks bouncer for the fast reply.. Diet is basically 6 meal a day... with some especific ratios... very low carb... only dextrose in a PWO shake and oatmeal in the second PWO... zero or almost zerto fat in PWO meal... the rest of the meail I never go above 12g... fat only comming EFA, flax seed and olive oil sometimes... non PWO meal I try to keep carbs bery low, below 4g... the days that I dont workout... I eat exact 6 meals with same ratios...

3 of the 6 meals are whey...

supplements & others: A.l-carnitine, A.L.Acid, CLA <== I count the fat in the CLA... and Im taking ECA with normal ratios... but I think this is not working anymore!

Bull... I need to do a blood test. I'll do it next week.
                Stats: 219lbs~223lbs, 5'8...

the bf% should be around 30%. That number comes from the avg. of several inexact methods I use: caliper, impadance analysis device <== Tanita, and basic formulas. I do cardio everyday 45mins fasted. I chart my heart rate every single day... always in range..;-)... work-out 5 or 4 times a week... I really think I'm doing the right things...

PS: can you check your hush email?
