  • Clen, two-days-on/one-day-off?

    So in a thread that house posted recently, there was a line talking about dosing clen this way. Has anyone ever tried it? Know anything more about it?

    I would drop that stuff from the "Roll call" as soon as possible...I have found over the years (and that whats scares me from House's post) that clen doesn't do shit for me...you want to lose weight and are serious about it, look into thyroid supplementation...other than that there are better safer supps out there that have been recommended to me lately.

        hmmm....stuff that I love....I drink (Real tea) about 6-10 cups of green tea per day....some of the stuff that I will be taking upcoming for my diet will be a diet of hardly any carbs, lol....seasmin.....damnit you put me on the spot, lol..I have it all in an email..I don't want to copy it because it was a diet written up for me but I will write them down when I find it :)

          Well here's my deal: I have been off for about a year and I am trying to push my body, but it's not working. I am not lifting heavy, I'm going for more reps and conditioning. I am running a lot now and cardio is something I never really did. It's seeming now when I work hard it's not paying off. I push my body hard and then it basically craps out and I have to rest. In the mean time I am not achieving my goals, I am maintaining at best. If I try to do it a little lighter, I don't have to rest as much, but I am getting about the same result. The clen is something I am looking at for it's anticatabolic. But everything seems to keep pointing towards going back on some Test. I don't want to take any more than 300mg/wk, but I'm not sure the sides from that is going to make it a good idea. Maybe I just need to go human grade and skip the UG's this time. Granted I was taking 500mg+ before, so it may be completely different. But I'm not trying to get bigger, I am trying to reduce my mass and stay lean...

          Ok so I just dumped a lot out there since I was on a roll, but it's not very organized.

            I think Basskiller recommends 2 wks/clen, 2 wks/eca... I always liked clen,I will continue to use it.

              I know about that dosage style, but I'm trying to find out more about 2 on 1 off. But I'm still debating to go back on a small amount of test anyways, so it may be irrelevant. But it would still be interesting to know.

                Unless you're going to compete I wouldn't mess with clen at all...

                I would like to hear/know more about the 2 day on 1 day off information though so....

                    I've done 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and I've done 2 days on/1 day off.

                    I thought the 2 days on/1 day off was more effective, but I wouldn't do this for more than 6 weeks due to receptor issues. I do think clen helps as far as its thermogenic effects, but I'm hesitant about running it do to the whole heart racing deal and the info recently posted about it in another thread.

                    What's your diet been like bro, as I'm sure you know, diet is the key to everything!

                      I love Clen, it has always given me the results i desired and some. I usually do two weeks on and 2 weeks of myself withs some taurine for the cramps and benadryl to rbuild my receptors. Dont forget to protect the heart and throw in some cardio as well.
