why are you running eq and deca ? drop one or the other - not a big fan of sus because of the different esters - would have went with cyp or enanthate -

500 mgs is fine though !

run your winny the last 6 weeks at 50 mgs --

no need for prop if your diet is correct - another waste imo - run your sus for half of the cycle and switch to cyp or enanthate the last half -

I don't have a problem with eq with deca. and I don't mind sust either (sorry house, lol). have you ran deca before? I would use the HCG during cycle maybe twice a week...I think it is easier to sustain than get back at the end. are you gyno prone? I would not use clomid no matter what...you don't need it. novaldex I would only taken if really needed. if you know you are gyno prone, than maybe a slight amount of letro every third day to stave it off. and as far as PCT I don't really think it is necessary anymore...just use your winny and prop at the end for how many weeks and when you stop just stop. you must just take into account your lack of hormones and train accordingly (drop your volume, intensity and frequency- clean up your diet).

Did you just say that you no longer see a need for PCT? Please explain...

I don't believe anything we really do with nov/clo/hcg does much post cycle. I don't want to get into all of it now. but I believe people were just "upset" that after a cycle they felt so "low" and it was searched desperatly to come up with something that would "boost" the body back to the levels...but if you think about it, even if levels were put back to "normal" they still wouldnt feel the same since you they are coming of supraphysiological state of hormones so even normal would feel low so how would they really know (barring blood tests). so what do you think was the real reason behind people finally feeling normal? I believe it is just time waited.

I think it is a good idea to use short esters/orals to minimize the long ester affect but your body will come back I think better and faster with less drugs and just clean eating, minimize training and rest. if people really intend to come off for a long time....now my other pet little hypothesis is that if you plan to cycle for a number of years then just don't come off. there is no point....keep on HRT levels during cycle and monitor through a doctor and then at real cycle point up the hormones. I think going on and off and on and off is worse than just saying I want to do roids for X amount of years and then after that. I will come off. I guess if people did one cycle a year than they would have time to come off and normalize but how many of us have the willpower to do that, lol?

even if people have blood tests to back up their claims of being normal faster with PCT, I don't see how we can know what would have happened if they didn't do anything at all. the one thing I will use is HCG but that is during cycle to keep nut size and nothing more (my wife hates looking for them). I know its ingrained in people for the PCT to be religion but I don't see it helping and I think with a smart natural approach you can do your body better than just putting more drugs into it (again, smart training, clean diet, natural herbs even).

did I make any sense? :D

It makes sense from my uneducated perspective but even my doctor recommends PCT - I guess I'm just not willing to take that chance and the compounds are cheap etc (and my insurance only allows a few blood tests a year which means I can't make myself a guinea pig)...

As for the staying on part - I'm not sure I agree but I haven't tried it so I can't truly speculate without eventually being challenged - and I don't have the time or energy to research it at this point in my life....

Still - it makes sense in many aspects but I doubt many people are going to subject themselves to truly testing it?

i agree with alot of your post, im to old and tired to research the reasons why you should use PCT. also like you said PCT is cheep, why not use it?

i also have tested the no PCT idea. on my first run of GH about 4 or so years ago i finnished my cycle of test and EQ and used no PCT to see what the GH would do. well the GH kept all the size i gained but it took forever to get my sex drive back i dont remember exactly but i think it was like 2+ months. if i wouldnt of been on GH i know i would of lost all my gains. i usall recover fully in about 6 weeks. if i use HCG nolva and clomid!

lol..yeah but why? for so long people talk about what does what but does it do anything to get the body back to normal or just give a false sense of security until time heals us?

Time is by far the best healer, but even if your decreasing your complete recovery time by a few months then why not?
