TNE Crash

Is this what TNE looks like when its not holding in the solution? The recipe used was 4% ba 20%BB 6% peg200 30Ml Grapeseed oil 3G TNE. Everything is fine when heated but once it cools down the solution has stands of crystals. Plan on making more, any advise/input to keep the TNE in solution.

Why the PEG200? You really don't need it. Other than that, I can't see why it would crash with those ba/bb numbers.

could this be that it was not dissolved in the BA/BB and heated before the oil was added.
