Stupid Question.. All at once or split up?

Was thinking about this and didn't know so I thought I would ask.

Is it best to take nolvadex at 40mgs all at once or split up 20mgs and 20mgs morning and night? I guess it could be looked at 2 ways. All at once would yield a higher level of compound in the blood stream. Split up would yield a more even but overall lower level in the blood stream.

Same question with proviron also.

Thoughts?

I say all at once. Since nolva is a serm, it's competing to bind to the receptor, the more nolva you have at one time, the better chance it has to beating out the endogenous estrogen and binding to the receptor. Either or, it's half life is longer than a day so won't matter all that much.

no need to split i forget the half live but like beefcake said its longer than a day. same with proviron. something keeps tellin me to type 36 hours for P but dont quote me on it. if you search someone listed the halflives of alot of things.

Ok, active life for nolvadex is 5-7 days. So I guess there is no need to split that up.

Proviron active life is 12 hours. Maybe it would make sence to take the nolv all at once but split up the proviron? I am only using 50mgs total so maybe 25 and 25 is to low to split up?

I probably would split the prov. That'll keep your blood levels stable for longer into the night due to the second dose.

12 hours! looks like my 36 was way off i dont know why i wanted to type that. i have always takin my proviron at 1 ttime it works for me, maybe ill switch to 2 times a day but id bet i wont know the difference.

Once per day dosing is fine. the Proviron I would take AM/PM

When determining when to take things I always look at the half lives of the component in question. Long half life/all at once........Short half life/split the dosage. Just what I do though. How's the gyno symptoms?

Except I only use nolva as a reaction to gyno symptoms, but then again I am not prone to this side effect.
