Average time from the U.S. to the U.K...

If you've received a small packet (of anything) from the U.K. lately about how long did it take from the time it was shipped until you received it???

I've ordered ancillaries (nothing illegal) from the U.K. a couple times in the past but not in the past few months. There was a mix up at the post office whereby my box was closed before it should have been. I don't check it but every seven days or so. I reopened it 1 week after my pack was sent (I was expecting to pick up my pack that day). Do you think I'll still get my pack???

give it another week--id avg around 10 days

maybe you're right, it's just that when I've ordered from these guys in the past, I've always received right around the seven day mark, today is day 10. My order was divied up into two, one pack was sent the 19th, the other, the 23rd. I don't doubt I'll get the second pack, it's the first that I'm worried about.

Well, I received the second pack today. I guess the first pack is history. I dunno where they would've sent it (there's no return address on the pack--I checked with my supplier). I've no doubt it was sent. I've dealt with this person several times in the past. He's been around for years supplying ancillaries.

I'm so pissed at the fucking post office. Why would they put a notice in my box saying my box would close BY THE END OF THIS MONTH IF FEE WASN'T PAID (no date was specified), and then go and close my box before the end of the month. Granted when the post office worker looked up my due date it was something like the 15th, but the notice said THE END OF THE MONTH. I'm fucking pissed.
