    Hy boys!!
    i've one question, what do you think about one week of unloading from a gym?

    In this week I have been stop, but i've lost 1 kg in only one week ... the carbohydrates I have eliminated them this week, only 50/70 the morning for breakfast, the rest of the day use 2 apples one to lunch and one the afternoon.

    manoday i've gone in swimming pool for 45minutes, Wednesday i've done 1h of cyclette and 30mins abs...and today?? what i can do today? i thinking 45/1h cardio with abs....
    I wanted to also stop me because from May 7 then I will begin a new cycle of AAS and I want to throw really so much me!!!

    my problem is , when one person do a week of stop, this stop must be complete or partial?!
    I don't now remember how old that are I don't stay me more from the training...but many years.

    one week is nothing in terms of overall time...a month is a good break for me and I won't lose strength or size, if you lose strength or size in a less than a month break and you are not consciously dieting then you are overtraining.

      at the end we say , I am not stop entirely, today I will go to do 1h of cardio and some abs...not heavy, intense..
      I am angry with myself this week because not go to training, and I always think about losing muscular mass... but if you tell me that a week doesn't lose my form, I believe you!
      after years of training,only one week without training psychologically devastates! i hoipe you understand me...

      so... next monday i return back in my gym to break everything!

        A 1 week break once in awhile is good for you.

          i know for fact periodic breaks are good for you. you will actually see new growth during this period.
