this is an old post but the info is still relative for anyone doing a helios search. my experience with helios was by hardcore labs. it gave me the jitters and muscle cramps just like clen. the yohimbe gave me heartburn in my throat. I didn't use it long enough to see any results,only side effects.I could only stand it for a week. good ol' ephedrine hcl will always be my favorite.
