First time using Dbol

  • First time using Dbol

    Just started my 3rd cycle:

    My Stats: 5'6 190 16% bf
    Training: DC method
    Macros: 400g/P, 100g/C, 70g/fat

    Cycle: (currently on day 4)
    1-14 Test E 550/wk
    1-12 Deca 400/wk
    1-6 Dbol 30/day
    1-14 Proviron 50/day

    As stated before, this is my first experience with Dbol (and Deca for that matter). Question is how long does it take for the Dbol to kick in (strength increase mainly)? I am experiencing some mild water gain and fuller looking muscles, assume it's from the Dbol, but strength is not there yet.

    I'm just one excited, mofo.

    well you shouldnt have started 2 new drugs at the same time. you should only add in 1 new drug per cycle. you should feel the d-bol in a matter of days.

        i would use an AI like arimidex or letro with your cycle.

          strength and weight gain start at about a week after starting dbol for me.

            Blood pressure

            I just checked my BP and it's 150/91. That's not good. I just started 1200mg of garlic and 100mg of asprin. I'm just finishing my first week of the cycle, could the dbol be causing this? Or is there something I'm missing here.

            Oh shit, I should also add that I took 10mg of dbol about 1.5 hours before taking bp and I just finished my leg routine about 20 minutes before as well. In case these mean anything.

              Right I'm running Adex @ .5mg a day as well as Caber @ 1mg a week for prolactin control.

                  20min after a workouts would do it. im on day 4 of "dball "-workout are awsome.. all ready starting to hold water but im at 40mg -im a drop it down to 25. also my first time!
                  getting some headachs also.good luck.

                    If your workout is what's causing elevated blood pressure, than you're not breathing properly....assuming that really is the cause.

                      Im sure you know normal resting BP is 120/80. 150/90 is certainly normal while exercising but not after training. In fact post exercise BP should be lower than your resting BP. So unless your resting BP is 160/95 (which I seriously doubt) I would watch out. I'm no Dr. but be careful.
