    I don't know about everyone else, but I think it's best to inject in whichever muscle you plan on working out that day.


    1. It doesn't matter if the muscle is extremely sore for a few days because you already hit that area in the gym.

    2. I think using that muscle would help to further disperse the AS and the BA/BB in the AS which as we know causes pain (and sometimes a LOT of pain), and this might help with that.

    Some of you probably do this already, but if you don't, I think you should try it! Just my $.02 for the day.

    Yep, I've done it before and it works good.

    The other way I tried and works great also is, after the work out. If you have time or the place to do, do your shot on the body part you just worked on. First benefit which is the main reason why I do it, imo is because muscle is so hot from pumping, needle goes right through it like hot knife in butter almost no feeling what so ever, and second benefit is because there is so much blood circulation medicine gets dipersed lot faster and that means less pain and lumpiness. And that's my $.02 too. :nerdnew:

      I try to do that, even if its just a little cardio after a leg inject. I've never tried after working a muscle but I've read that some people say they get a lot of bleeding from injecting into a muscle they just worked.

        I don't about that, I think it can happen either way. I had a few incidents when I pulled the needle out blood gushed out even with the cold muscle. I think it's all about if go through a vein or not.

          Probably will notice more blood after a post workout injection due to the blump flow in that area being a lot higher than normal.

            You'll see some blood come out, but if you just leave it there and don't wipe it away, it clots and stops bleeding.

              ya...i'm using tren and eq right now and shoot in my tri's and bi's before my workout...and when i train my arms i get the craziest pumps all the way up my arms, it's great

                  Works best for me to hit the muscle I'm working that day before I head to the gym - if I pin after I've hit the muscle I always have problems...
