tossed in var @ 50mg ed with my test/eq cycle. Cleaning up my diet and restricting carb intake. The var, I think is curbing my hunger. I have only been on the anavar a week. i like it so far. the hardest thing rite now is my diet. I am going to stick this diet thing out.

your tellin me, diets are no joke. i just cant eat enough it is fuckin hard. im stuck at 257lbs and there is no way in hell am i gonna reach 260lbs. unless i start eating burger king or some shit like that. i have to give credit again to thoes here that compete, you guys are nutz.

diet is THE key wehn it comes to leaning down and cutting up.

i been eating beef, eggs, fish,cheese,green veggies only,chicken, peanutbutter,low carb whole wheat tortillas wrapped with things I listed above, only drink water, Maybe a coke zero every now and again. come off slowly but I have been cheating and eating some sweets but doing alot better.

cut out the cheating with sweets and junk and you will be on your way.
