Melanotan...any stories???

I have read around about Melanotan and Melanotan 2 and it sounds pretty sweet. Anyone had any experiences good or bad with either? I know there was a link to another site that talked about it, but I figure I have been around this board long enough to know which people know their stuff and which don't, so I can filter through the bull.
I've heard it makes its way from the states to canada with no problems at the boarder so I am sure it should be alright to ask this on this board (correct me if I am wrong), but where can you buy it for a decent price, all I have seen was in the range of $400 for 50mg or 5 10mg vials. All help would be appreciated cus I need a tan and the beach vacation isn't far off.

Lion carries it from time to time - I've been using it for about 3 months and the info I posted about it a while back is true - I would use it again and again if it weren't so expensive - getting ready for a show sucks when you have to tan everyday etc - since using this stuff I only tan 2x's a week for about 10 or 15 minutes and everyone swears I look like a different person...

Like I went from having an already dark/olive complexion to being super dark like an Indian or something "different" from my actual heritage...

You've never complained about me being ME though - wth :mad:....

How long did the tan last for? I had read it is supposed to fade like a real tan, 3 to 4 weeks, but is that true?

Sounds about right - I used ProTan for my shows so it's hard to say what my skin color was at that point but I know I was/am still pretty dark from the stuff...

Freckles got much much darker but they've gone back to their "normal" color now so no worries there - I don't believe I have any age spots so I can't be much help there...

I've been on it for over a year. Works really well, I also changed drastically in my base color. Even after being off for 2 months once, I never went back to my original color. And then taking a new cycle, I got darker, faster and deeper then the first. I am working and living over in the Orient now and have a direct line to a supplier if you are interested. I am pretty sure they have a distributor in the US.
