Post cycle opinons.

How long would you say is long enough to wait before hitting another cycle. I know a lot of factors come into play here like experiance level, how long you were on, and what it was you were doing but lets say for a moderate user using a moderate amount of test ONLY for ten weeks. I was looking for least amount of time here before starting a heavier cycle.

time on = time off is the rule of thumb. generally 12-16 weeks is plenty of time to recover. just get all of your blood work done regularly so you know when you are fully recovered.

if test was all you used and orals weren't involved then your liver should be okay. but blood tests should still be done. as far as cholesterol and other stuff like that related to health I would take at least 3 months off to let values level off. but I can't really preach that because I don't come off at all.
