Just finished my first cycle 500mg Test-E 12 weeks. Now I am trying to get my next cycle together. I was thinking 500mg Test-E, 400mg Tren-E, and winny. Im trying to find out what to do for PCT I know you cant use Nolva with the Tren. And as far as the winstrol should that be done the whole cycle? I was planning on a 12 week cycle. I am open to all suggestions...

Did you run nolva throughout your first test only cycle? Let's hope you didn't that way you'll know where any signs of gyno are coming from this time around (most likely the tren).

If not then don't do it now (especially with the tren on board). If you get gyno symptoms with the tren just make sure to have some dostinex on hand. Also, the winny should help with combating gyno as it is so I wouldn't stress too much.

As for how long to run the winny that's up to you, your blood tests and our doctor. I ran winny for 12 weeks my first go round and wouldn't do it again if I could (mine was simply bc of contests) - it has been very very very hard on my joints and I wouldn't recommend running it for more that 6-8 weeks your first time from my experience (this is when my joints really started to show serious signs of pain).

You can still use nolva in your PCT despite the tren - just follow the usual nolva and/or clomid protocols...
