      A friend of mine has done IGF-1 twice now and had very nice results, and he did 40mcg per day (two shots of 20mcg directly into the muscle just trained within 5mins of last set). Ex: 20mcg in right outer bicep, 20mg in left outer bicep

        Forgive my ignorance but what gauge needle is used for the LONG R3, IGF-1. Do I understand correctly that this has to go in to the muscle just trained or is this just one of many forms of administering? OUch needles in the abs and how would one get it in the back lol. Seriously, just wondering about the process after receiving media grade from a research company. Want to make sure my rat is all that he can be! So, an outline with detailed instructions would be nice.

          bro are you serious! you already bought the igf but dont know how to use it? if your serious i will help but damm dont ever buy with out knowing about it.

            50 mcg and 80mcg doses daily have worked great for me. my IGF cycles last about 21 days or so.

              Researched the benefits but cant find anywhere on how to take a bottle with no labeling or instructions for use. This was from a reputable "research" company. They are clear about not asking them how to use the stuff for liability purposes. So, I am left to you you my good friends. So........I have a vial of this stuff. Looks like about a 1/2cc. What to mix with if anything? What to do with after mixing? Intramuscular or subcutaneous. In other words just want to know how to use this stuff so I dont waste the money.

                you dont need igf-1 and neither does your wife. you have no business using these things, you dont know the first thing about any of these compounds.

                        Now I pose this question. Why is it OK for some and not others? Yes, messed up with Mrs. but lets leave that post out of it. Am I educated about the use of these compounds? Well no I am not, but it isnt like you can go to your family physician and get advice on how to use these things. Therefore, I am relying on those that I assume have experience with these things. For instance, BOUNCER, instead of saying "we have no business" how about state why. Seems you would need to know my stats before making such a statement(barring the F>>UP with the mrs) So again, either a good reason not to experiment with the IG or a step by step usage process please.

                          you make some good points. the reason I said that you have no business using them is because i knew that you had rushed and jumped on compounds in the past that you knew nothing about. you need to read, research, and read some more before even thinking about using things like this. things like igf, gh, slin, are for guys that have been at this for years. you just started at this not long ago correct? you will get tons of results from consistent hard training, dieting, and basic AAS use.

                            i would suggest a good diet and workout plan first. while you are doing that get a book called "anabolics 2007" read up on the thing you want to try. after reading the book come on here and use the search function and see what people in real life have to say about it and how to use it. this is what i did for years, it will save you from askin stupid questions and save you from doing stupid things.

                            now dont just go buy this book and read and start steroids again. do as i suggested take your time get a diet and workout plan goin and workin, then think about steroids.
                            to many people use steroids thinkin they are mircle drugs witch in a way they are but you have to do it right.

                              Thanks Rocket. We both have gotten back in to the routines previous to the AAS experimentation. All is going well and will do as others suggest. I guess my largest problem was knowing my personal trainer was on the stuff and highly reccomended the HGH and IGF. I was under the assumption that the later were fairly harmless so asking on how to use them seemed appropriate.
