is there any way to obtain it legally.. id like to try a simple cycle because i work out everyday and eat right.. working out everyday sometimes twice and i havent seen any gains i jus want sumthing to add into my schedule already to help results...

There's your problem.....you're not eating enough.....6 times a day would be more like it and then you have to be eating the right proportions as far as carbs/proteins/fats. Do you know those as far as what you're eating? Is there any way to order whey protein or other meal replacement substitutes? Diet is everything bro, how old are you?

im 24 yrs old, im tryin to build lean muscle ad cut out the fat in my body, whats a good way to lose weight but get ripped... looking to add strength in push-up, situps, andget that lean ripped look as well... plus i want bigger biceps and be able to bench more anyone have any exercises
