  • so i need some help

    Im 18 and recently started liftin last july. I stopped in november to go to the marine corp but got discharged for prior injury. So now im home and the supplements arent what im looking for anymore. I want something better, so im a first time steriod user and was wondering what i should take? Ive researched a bit and thought this would help me...400 mg Deca/week, 500 mg Sustanon 250/week, and 30 mg Dianabol/day with also a t-bol dosage to keep my muscles hard and lean looking...so if i could get any help at all, i'd appreciate it.

    Why not get a good clean high calorie/protein diet bro, u still got a long way to go at 18. You'd be amazed how much more you can grow with training right, eating right, and proper rest. What are your stats also?

      6'3 170 lbs...i lost all my supplement weight when i went to bootcamp, i was around 185ish in december. I just feel like i cant gain weight the way i want to man.

        I see you talking about supplements and steroids but I don't see you talking about the most important things. The basics. What is your diet like. Post what you eat every day.

          eh see i know nothing about the diet. usually i eat waffles for breakfest. Then usually something italian at lunch, chicken alfredo, spaghetti, etc. then for dinner its whatever. I do eat some junk food, not much. and i only drink water.

            well there is your answer. you are leaving out the most important part. your muscles need good quality food to grow. steroids and supplements are no where near as important as food is. you can compare what you are doing to this. imagine wanting a fast car. you go out and buy a bunch of performance parts, oils, etc.. but you don't have the main engine!! compare the engine to food and parts and oil to supplements and steroids. you are not going to get anywhere unless you have an engine. worry about the little things later after you have built your engine. that takes time. train hard, eat, sleep. that is the key to growth. read all you can. check out the nutrition section on this board. knowledge is power bro. other wise you are waisting your time.

                  Dont worry about it bro, just read and check out the nutrition section and read as much as u can. You will learn alot of stuff and if decide to make a diet the guys can help u out here in organizing and making corrections on it.

                      18.......Stay away from Anabolics bro, you still are going to hit a growth spurt naturally and if you do get your diet/training/sleeping routines right you will change dramatically. At 18 don't even think about touching anabolics!
