Why is it that the standard clen dosing intervals is two weeks on/two weeks off? Where did the two weeks come from and why?

You are silly.
I agree it's kind of the same and I know it's the reason clen is cycled. I just wanted to know if you really HAD to cycle it or if in theory you could just keep increasing the dosage without actual harm to receptor sites. It's not something I personally want to try - just something I was thinking about.

(Your turn again :P)....
I'm pretty sure that over-stimulating the CNS would result once you got much higher in your doses over the 200mcg-250mcg mark - this would pretty much kill any of the gains/benefits one would hope to achieve from the compound as it would leave you less stimulated/cause you to drag ass/shut down your system at that point....

I wouldn't want to try it either. I mean, what if the adipocyte beta 2 receptors are less concentrated, and thus downregulate more "quickly", statistically-speaking, than, say, heart or CNS beta 2's? Then you will FEEL like you're on clen, i.e. the sides, but you won't get any of the desired effects.Originally posted by FitnessBratYou are silly.

I wonder how much ketotifen it takes to keep the beta 2's upregulated all the time? I am currently using 1mg keto with 50mcg clen, and now on my 3rd day I feel ready for 75mcg already... :(

:laughnew:Originally posted by al the chemistit is because of the down-regulation of the receptors, beta-2 i believe, and most people have believed that 2 weeks on/off gives sufficient time to up-regulate again. It is believed that anti-histamines up-regulate the receptors.
it is the down regualtion. i like using clen 2 wks,,,then eca 2 weeks,,,alternating
