    Hello,

    I'm new to this site (although i've read it often in the past) and am asking for help to gain 12 more pounds. I'm 6' 0", 164 Lbs. This seems to be my max, I've worked out for the last two years and seem not to be able to gain past this. Anyways, I am just wondering what types of anabolic's could be reccommeded for a guy wanting these gains. I don't really want to bulk up to 185 or 190 and have to cut back down. Is there a cycle that would keep me quite lean?

    How old are you? whats your diet like now? At 6', you should be able to put on a lot more good weight with the right diet. Post up what you eat in the format that most guys use around here and get some suggestions. Eating to gain is harder than most people think. I know it was harder than I though it would be.

          heavy protein and cals,,,,,,,,,,if that doesnt help a little deca and cyp would work at minimal doses ,,,,look it up for first timer at your level

            You going to need to eat big,,,I mean real big. Howe many calories are you currently getting in?

              Bro you definitely have room to put on some more size without using anabolics and I would highly recommend you go that route... After you put on some more size and have your diet and training down to a science then add the AAS and you will be able to add some new gains on top of your good base....

              Definitely sounds to me like you need to get in more cals, carbs and protein and lots of them.... Post up your current diet as well as your training routine and lets get those worked out before you consider juice...
