Last summer I ran an EQ & OT for 15 weeks and gained 20lbs! I was also running 2miles 3x a week. That was the best shape of my life. Not so much the leanest but my endurance was great, was lean, and strong.
Anyways, has anyone ever ran OT by itself? I was holding water from the EQ last time I ran OT & EQ. So i'm thinking of running OT 12 wks so i'll have leaner gains.
