this says it all.. you want the reward but you don't want to work for it.

4 meals is not enough. post exactly what you are eating each day.

If you arent full ALL the time and your jaw doesnt hurt now and then, you arent eating enough to put on serious weight.

ya and some people, like this guy, join because they want help and info. This board is far nicer to new guys than some others. He is the perfect candidate for a guy that needs his diet in order.

like i said bro, 4 meals is not enough to feed your muscles.

post exactly what your diet is.

SNOW-you are on to something...with the fuel (food) you are giving yourself, there is no way you can train 6 days a week and get positive results. that doesn't mean train less, it means eat more. like bouncer said- post up the diet, and we will point you in the right direction.

actually I am of the mind anything over 3 times a week for the average lifter/genetics is overtraining in the frequency mode. not sure of your volume/intensity but food cannot avert overtraining as they are two different systems...overtraining is hormonal/systemic.

i disagree but i do not discredit your view. everyone responds different and what works for you may not work for me and vice versa.

would you agree though that regardless of training, if you don't eat enough you will not grow?

yeah I agree with that...I just don't agree with the view that excess food can stave off the affects of overtraining or if overtraining is holding someone back that they can "Eat" their way out of the deficit.
