  • 3rd week on and goin on vacation...

    So wondering if I should hold off on deca/dbol/test cycle until I get back off almost 2 weeks vacation. I'm into 3rd week and am feeling it! I could train where we're going but I don't want everybody to think..."damn, he can't even go on vacation without taking a break!" Any ideas on what is best?

    who gives a f&%k what anyone thinks. you are already into it this far, train 3 days a week with some basic movements, and make sure you get your protein in. that will be good enough to get you through.

      I don't get it you said you are not sure whether you want to start your cylce but then you say you are 3 weeks into it? which is it?

          tkae your DBOL with you and take your DECA and TEST the day you leave. resume as normal when you return home.

            I've returned and was able to train 2 days. I've got horrible tendonitis in my right elbow so training biceps really suck now. Gonna have to leave biceps out. I just stopped everything...
