    Sorry for being a newb and yes I searched before posting =) but there is so much information out there that it gets overwhelming. I am currently at about 160 lbs and have been for about the past 6.5 years I have been training. I am 28 years old and I am relatively lean (can see my abs when flexed). I have tried to gain mass for the longest without success, I know I do everything right (calculating my BMR, correct amount of calories, CFP ratios, even followed a couple of regiments from users on here like Control and diets by Yellowjacket). I think my difficulty to gain has to do with my slightly lower than normal testosterone levels. I am not looking to get huge by any means, I am only looking to put that slight bit of size on me so that my particular muscles show very well (without flexing). I guess what im trying to say is I would like to look more hard all of the time and Im assuming I would need just a touch more muscle since my bodyfat level is at about 11%. I have considered test or sust and even winny but I dont want to waste my time (or anyone elses for that matter). Do you guys have any suggestions as far as compounds that would help me acheive this goal? Thanks.

    Well if you think you have low test levels, it is easy enough to get that tested. If the results come back that you have normal levels, you will know that maybe you arent doing something right. Post your diet bro.

      Which one? Maintainence or Bulk? Bulk meals are like this...

      1: 5 whole eggs, Whole wheat bagel, 8oz skim milk

      2: 2 Labrada Lean Body Gold Bars (get them cheap)

      3: 8oz chicken breast mashed potatoes

      4: Weight Gainer shake (Either YJs recipe or Universal Real Gains, again I get it cheap so why not)

      5: Black beans and brown rice with a scoop of whey protein

      6: 8oz lean ground turkey and two slices of wheat toast with natural pb

      7: before bed I have another weight gainer (YJ or Universal)


      This is consistant every day, it equates to about 3500-4000 calories and I can manage to gain weight extremely slowly but the instant I start eating at maintainence my weight drops to 160 again. Frustration is the word, im assuming its my genetics =( Reason I say my test levels are low is because I had it checked when I was 19 and it was slightly lower than normal. Plus I am relatively weak so I think that has something to do with it.

      Would any compounds help me? I hear winny helps add strength and keep it. Also the test would give me the strength which equates to heavier weights which equates to more muscle plus with the protein synthesis I figure I cant lose. Then possibly the clomid afterwards would help to return and possibly boost my natural test production

        when/if you get test levels checked, make sure to include fsh and lh in there. if those are low you could consider using toremifene for 4 weeks in sort of a pct way. and two weeks or so after that get levels checked again and they could possibly be in normal/high normal range. During that time, if they are below normal, when you're on the toremifene, levels should increase and some weight gained. if levels are holding within a normal range two weeks or so after you stop the pct drugs then you should be good to go dont expect any aas like gains, but if you go from 200ng/dl to 700, then you'll be golden, especially if it stays there. kinda like a jumpstart for your system.

            so what and where exactly could i get this toremifene? Is it readily available like over the counter?

              okay now post your general training volume and frequency. do you have any sportive hobbies? high stress in your life?

                My training varies, as I mix it up quite often. I have done Control's Upper/Lower split, a 10x10, Monday Chest/Tri/Shoulder, Wednesday Back/Bi, Friday Legs/Abs. I have a sales job so no strenuous activity, I do have slight anxiety though. One thing that I would like to add is the fact that even though I am relatively lean, I do have an accumulation of lower abdomen fat around my belly button. Possibly cortisol problems?

                  Looking at your diet....you're relying too heavily on shakes. 16oz of meat per day isn't going to max out your growth. Add another 8oz serving of meat daily to start, preferably a lean red meat as I don't see any red meat in your diet right now (add some steak to the beans & rice).

                  As far as compounds, the general rule is that your first cycle should always be test only...forget winny...and start with a low dose no matter how many meatheads tell you that you're wasting your time at less than 500mg. Try a long-estered test like enanthate or cypionate for twelve weeks, at a dose of at least 250mg per week....but no higher than 400mg per week. Nolvadex on hand right from the start just in case gyno symptoms appear, and proper PCT including nolva and clomid at the end. Keeping it simple is definately the way to go.

                    definition is DIET. compounds like WINSTROL, MASTERON, ANAVAR will all improve definition and muscle hardens but after you diet down.

                      I will definately try to get as lean as possible then try to bulk again but this time I will try to add some test... currenty the only thing that I would be able to get my hands on would be some Sustanon 350 by Rugio Labs: 50mg propionate, 80mg phenylpropionate, 80mg enanthate, 140mg decanoate... is this good stuff?
