  • I'm thinking of starting my first cycle in about 6 months...I'

I have been training inconsistency for the past two years. Now, I've been training well for 3 months and I was thinking about training clean for 6 more months then trying a bulking cycle with AAS. At this moment I still don't know everything I need to know about anabolic s, but I am thinking by then I will be okay. Is that enough time of working out clean consistently to start on anabolics? Let me know what you all think...

    Thanks.

the ideal situation would be train natty untill you are maxed out then use the AAS for getting over the hump. but i can tell you i didnt do it this way and i can bet no one on this board did it either. we simply didnt know what we know today. deep down inside you know if its time for AAS or if you are looking for a quick fix. you will have about 1 year solid workin out and 2 years on and off. thats better than i had. what about nutrition? have you tried that to get you to your goals? if so then go for it, i seriously think you are gonna do it anyways no matter what people say. just make sure you know what you are doin! good luck.

You should hold off until you have two continuous years of working out consistently and eating properly under your belt. No sense in using AAS to get gains that you'd make on your own anyways.

adding to what these guys have said...how old are you?? what are your goals?? 2 good ?'s to ask yourself when doing your homework. keep learning everything you can, and keep working hard.

i learned after to many wasted years of just natural and gear training that my diet was the most important factor to me. its amazing what eating clean can do for you and the right kinds of food.

I've been told that actually. I'm trying to have a good diet, and stick to it.

As for my goals, I don't know how to best describe them. I have an image in my head of what I want to look like, but I don't know if there is a specific weight and body fat that I would like to obtain. I would also like to gain strength and size.
