  • My first cycle...

    HI everyone I wanted to give you guys an idea of my first cycle I have been thinking about. Ive lifted on and off through high school and even after i got out. I will be just returning from iraq and really want to get into a heavy lifting program. I have read alot of threads and info I have gotten offline and this is what i have come up with.

    Dbol week 1-5 20-25mg a day
    Test Prop 100mg eod for the first week and 50mg eod everyweek after for 10 weeks

    Clomid on the post cycle for 2 weeks after ending with test
    50mg a day for 10 days
    25mg a day for 10 days
    25mg every other day for 10 days

    Ive been learing alot about hypertrophy and the key things your body needs to build muscle... the fact I would like to put on some size if I have to return to iraq and i know test has a short time it spends in your system.

    If you have and comments please post i am seeking more knowledge right now before i start thank you

    First and foremost, how old are you? Do you have access to a real bulking diet? (as in, are you living/eating on base?)

    Not to be rude but I would be willing to bet that you could pu on a lot of muscle with the right diet.

    As for a first cycle, its nice to see you did some research and plan on PCT. Its usually best to start with a longer lasting test like enthanate, 1 or 2 injects a week. Also, I would recommend Nolvadex for PCT, make sure you have it before you start.

    Its not a good idea to start with 2 compounds. If you have side effects or thing work good or bad, you cant tell what caused it if you are using more than one sterois at a time.

    If you are old enough to consider a cycle, I would strongly recommend that you work out hard and heavy for a minimum of 6 months while getting the proper diet and rest. It is easy to injure yourself with the added strength of the gear and your body will benefit from being used to lifting.

    Most will suggest you stay away from the steroids for your goals and I agree but if you do decide to go that route, make sure you get as much information as possible and be as safe as you can.

      I agree with everything Rockkiller told you.Its best to start out with one compound to learn how your body reacts.
      Personally I would go with a Test E rather than prop.If you decide to frontload your cycle with dbol I would only do it for 4 weeks at 25-30 mgs.You want to throw in some milk thistle for your liver too if you do dbol.Foe the test E I would do about 200-250 mgs every week for 12 weeks at most 500 mgs every week for 12 weeks.
