Managed to come across some Sustanon. Will be running this for 10 weeks after I finish leaning out for my vacation... Here are the details:
Sustanon 350 by Rugio Labs: 50mg propionate, 80mg phenylpropionate, 80mg enanthate, 140mg decanoate
Anyone know anything about his brand? I searched but came up short =(

Exactly I dont understand the science behind Sust. I know the esters in it are designed to kick in quick and last a while for sex therapy. But what do we get out of it? Fluctuating hormone levels? Unless we use ED or at least EOD.

I have also heard of peeps using it eod for like 4 weeks and then just shooting twice a week but still, after the fourth week the prop is a waste. I thought about trying it eod but test e or prop is a better choice in my opinion. Rugio sust is high dosed and I hear it is the bomb as is the rest of his gear.

How should I run this? I know you say to run Sust ED/EOD but this is not feasible for me. I know 1 shot a week for 10 weeks isnt nearly enough but what would be some other suggestions somewhere in between? My weight is currently 165 but after my vacation I could possibly be a few pounds lighter due to my current cutter before vacation... After I return I plan on running this and I wanted to get a few other suggestions, thanks

NO - ten to twelve weeks minimum IMO...
