Deca Sides
My last cycle I stacked deca and test e for about 12 weeks. I've never had any major sides before, but the deca caused some acne. I know this is a normal side, but is there a work around, or an alternative to deca that might have milder sides? I loved the effects of the deca, and I'll deal with the acne if I have to, but I thought I'd pool an everyone's wisdom first...

What makes you think it's deca that's causing it? Deca is not a very androgenic compound. It's probably the test that is causing it. Dutasteride is an option since it effects the alpha-reductase enzyme that is in the skin, however you can't take it with deca. What's your dosage? -

You know, it might be the test. I originally thought it was deca because I took the test by itself for 2 weeks before stacking the deca. It may have taken that long for the sides to kick in?

this is a classic case of why someone should start with one drug at a time. if something happens you know what did it. im with beef id bet it was the test. 2 weeks isnt long enough, it takes 4 weeks before i even know im on test.Originally posted by jdasaderComment

deca and acne
I know deca caused me major cystic acne on my back,arms,chest and some on my face.it wasnt too bad during cycle but got very nasty after i quite the cycle.i switched eq and my problems went away completely.There is no doubt in my mind it was the deca!Comment

I ran test at 500mg by itself the first time and never had any problems - the second time around i added in deca at a fairly low dose and broke out like a mofo (diet was the same and test brand/dose was the same)...Comment

Makes me wonder if somehow the addition of the test caused the deca to convert into dihyrdo-nandralone, which is what finasteride and dutasteride do to it, thereby creating a stronger androgen. :thumbsdowOriginally posted by fog_hat1981Comment

I'm not "that" familiar with the chemistry/conversion side of things but I can assure you all things were held as constant as they can be in a human experiment and deca is the ONLY thing that has caused acne for me this far...Originally posted by beefcakeComment

While taking deca is the racing heart just a side I have to deal with or is there a solution?
Taking
400mg test cyp
200mg deca weekly
It seems to happen in the middle of the night when i get up to use the restroom and it's not every night but like the second night after injecting
I wake up and my heart gets up to 170, 180 bpm. Only last about 60 seconds then it drops back to normal. Im off deca right now but plan on
starting back in 3 weeks so any advice would be great. If not I'll just deal with itComment
