Help!!!

I'm currently running HGH 4iu daily 1000mg test

I recently shot 3 cc's of test in ass and having lots of pain and swelling at the inj sight.

I have had this in the past and usually dissapates with in a couple days.

It has been 3 days from the inj in a bit of pain this morning but I went ahead with my normal workout (Shoulders) and now hurts like Hell and more swollen

Is there any suggestions before I head out to the ER

unless it is hard, hot, red, VERY tender to the touch, and about the size of a baseball, i would give it a few days. take a few Advil and place and ice pack on it. if by monday it has gotten worse, then go to the ER.

Also, in conjunction with the advil, you can take a Benadryl in the evenings. it will help you sleep and I have found it to help with knotting. A friend on here told me about it and within a couple days, the pain was gone and the lump was subsiding.
