Liquidex dosage

I just received my Liquidex today and it is dosed at 1mg/mL, so I have
couple questions. First some people recommended I take .25mg ED,
some said .5 mg ED, which one should i go with? I'm running Test E @ 500 mg/. Second question, what do you guys use to measure it out? I noticed it's in a liquid form, but how much is .25mg etc... Thanks for the help.

Second question = it should come with an oral syringe - .25mg would measure 2.5 on the syringe...
