I know I get hypoglycemia real easy when on IGF1LR3. Eating more carbs at the right times, has been helping.

IGF increases insulin sensitivity so even if immediately after the shot isn't of importance isn't the carb/fat ratio a huge factor???

i took the question as though he was asking if you have to follow the same rules as you would slin. the answer to that question is no. even if he is asking what you are implying, i would still say no, it is nothing like slin in how it reacts in the body. would eating a high fat diet on igf be a good idea.. certainly not.

I understand bro - I knew you meant to answer him literally but I was presuming/wondering/asking if "excessive" carbs/fats while on IGF would have the same negative effects as while running slin - increased fat storage etc???

it would have some increased fat storage but compared to slin its no contest.

While taking IGF you will see an insane difference when you eat a bite size snickers 30 minutes before you go.
