Sounds like you need to work on your diet first. 19% bodyfat?? And you want to be ripped at the end of your cycle? Get your diet under control before running AAS.

I would just run the Sustanon at 250mg twice a week (500mg/wk) and run the Deca at 400mg/wk for 12-16 weeks...
You can add Proviron in if you need to dry out/feel gyno coming on but I doubt you'll seriously "need" it....
As for your last PCT run you shouldn't have included the Proviron as you were defeating the purpose of the Nolva/Clomid combo......
Run your PCT the same as last time minus the Proviron but I would seriously suggest you work on getting your bf% down to around 10% before starting this cycle....

I wouldn't run the Winny at all - your bf% is way to high for that - now if you get it down to the 7-8% mark then I might consider it but anything over that and you're basically just wasting it...Originally posted by TheReelOnesThanks for the input. The deca issue shouldn't be a problem since your test is where it's at - if you have a problem with it though run the test higher but no more than 750mg/wk....
