    This is my second cycle, goal is to put on as much muscle as possible. Diet is figured out and taken care of. I'll be running Nolva the whole time as well as for PCT.

    Test E which is 325 mg / ml
    Instead of once a week I like to inject twice a week but skipping 2 days and then 3 gets annoying so I was going to do....

    Day 1 Inject .8ml or 260mg with 1 cc b12 andlegs/shoulders

    Day 2 Chest and triceps

    Day 3 Back and biceps with 1 cc b12

    Day 4 off

    then start over.

    this averages out to 520mg every 8 days so its close to 500 a week. Am I missing something here?

    last was 425mg of test only, I want to try more than 520 a week but I'm not sure how much, maybe 600?

      Just shoot a full ml (325mg) every four days - at the end of the day you're averaging just under 600mg...

      You're never gonna pull an accurate 0.8 etc anyways....

        Thanks Fog, I was thinking about that last night and I was hopng you guys would say that a little over 600 wasnt too much. What do you think about running this one around 16 weeks instead of 12?

          I would stick to 12 and maybe throw in hcg if you're going to go 16 weeks. What were your gains last cycle? I don't think there is any need to go past 600 for your 2nd cycle. It depends on each person though, some grow like weeds with low doses, some don't. You have to look at it depending on how you responded to your first cycle at that dose and if you go past 600 mg/week this cycle then where are you going to go from there, getting close to 1 g of test per week is getting fairly high and personally after many cycles I wouldn't go past 750 mg of test and that wasn't until about my 3rd cycle. After that I would just try and add other components depending on goals.

            I have run all of my cycles so far at 500mg a week - I saw that you were okay with running close to 600 so that's what I recommended - if you're set on sticking with 500mg/wk then just shoot every 5 days (comes out to 487mg/wk)...

            As for the length I'm with LMG - run HCG if you're going to go over 12 weeks long....

              looks good, stay low dose until it dosent work anymore.

              i am just finishing up a cycle of 500mgs of test every 10days. pretty low dose. i got leaner while adding about 10-12 pounds. its all about the diet and training. if you have those in check you will get results. i look at AAS as stepping stones to help the nutrition and training to be more effective. to many people have it ass backwards. they look at AAS as the base of getting results and diet and training as secondary.
