I feel like vic should have won, but I agree that wolfe should have placed higher. Part of his problem is that he has high lats. His arms look a little small compared to his delts too.

I met Paul Dillet that year. He was doing a promo at the GNC on the Army base. I remember talking myself into walking up to him because he was so fkn huge it was intimidating. I was thinking what hell is a skinny 20 yr old kid going to say that he is really going to give two shits about?

I finally said "Hey nice tits and slapped his ass." It worked. He introduced himself and gave me an autograph, lol.
