    Some of my stats are......

    22 years old
    230lbs
    20 inch arms
    Bench 405lbs 3 reps
    Squat 495lbs 6 reps
    Bodyfat not sure (I can see 4 abs with good serratus definition)

    My goal is not to get heavier, I want to seriously start getting lean and gain ONLY quality muscle.

    I went to a great trainer (awsome build with six pack) that used to compete, and we went through all foods, so I know what I can eat. I need to know 1. when and how much cardio. 2. You cant mix protein and carbs right or wrong? 3. Do you need to carb up and carb down at certain times of the day? If there is something else, please let me know.

    I also have over 50 amps of karachi sust.
    Most of my bodyfat is on my waiste.

    That is my goal, so please give me a plan to follow. I dont want to lose any muscle, thats what the test is for.

      This is not really a cycle question, I just need help and guidance to reach my goal. The steroid part is easy, take some test to keep muscle while cutting. Its just another supplement.

        protein and carbs together are fine. the earlier you cut your carbs, the more fat you will burn. It forces your body to use fat for energy

            Oh, maybe its fats and carbs you cant eat together? Or is it fats and proteins?

              I think cardio burns the most fat in the morning on an empty stomach. Not everyone can do it first thing in the morning(work/school), so I guess right after weight training, or I have also heard right before bed and then don't eat till breakfast the next morning. Try all methods untill you find what works best for you.

                    SO you have plenty of knowledge on cycle, but are unsure on dieting? 230 lbs and 20 inch arms, yet you dont know too much at all about diet, I find that quite pathetic. You should have diet and training down, before you hit the gear.

                          Whoever said he should have all his carbs before 2pm is wrong. What if he works out at 4pm. We really need to know his schedule of when he wakes up and works out to figure out a diet to fit him.

                              Here it is nice and short people. I know lots about diet and training! I have been at it for 9 years. I needed help to get into contest shape! Eating clean and doing cardio alone dont get you into contest shape. I need help with this, and nobody understands me!!!!!

                              To have my stats, you NEED to know alot about diet and training!!! I have only taken 8 amps of sust in my life two years ago but you all think im a big juice monky who knows nothing about bodybuilding, and I only take steroids. Sorry guys, its pretty much all natural and from years and years of hard work. But yeah, I dont know anything about diet and training right?

                              What I and many advanced bodybuilders need is help getting competition lean, but its too much to ask. Im pathetic, thanks prolangtum. It really makes me feel like a respected member. I know that im going to get help from my trainer to get into contest shape and im going to do great. Thanks for the help bro.

                              I only took 8 amps of sust in my life, so yeah, I knew ALOT before taking steroids two years ago incase you were wondering...

                              Thanks for the help, I will just go to my trainer and do it with a professional on my side.
