Insulin and Flax Seed Oil

Hey bro's... should one restrict the use of flax seed oil when taking insulin? Or should the timing of the intake of flax seed oil change based upon the timing of the insulin shot... e.g. morning and post workout? Any advise will be welcome... Thanks in advance.

any fat in being digested when the insulin is active, good or bad fats, will be soaked up by your body, so unless you are on lots of gh to balance that out, I would make sure you arent taking in any fats during the times the insulin is active
