Anavar and Pro Viron

    I think the Proviron will give me the androgenic input needed so I'm noy concerned about natural test anyways. I'm not gonna start it till new year, so after some thought I am going to add to it with some primo since I have time to get it together.

    The var will give me the strength, the primo the protien synthesis and the Proviron the regeneration and controled focus/agression in the gym. It is still quite a mild course compared to test etc but thats kinda the way I want to go, slow and consistent. I'm gonna get a bit more together and go for a longer course.

      Thanks SC, its about balance sc to be honest. By that I mean that I could easily be natty, eat every 2 hours, train 5 days a week on weights, and 2 x cardio a week and actually improve. But I simply don't have the time, trust me I have my own mental internal debates about it. On the flip side I don't want to use test, tren etc its too much for me to take with a busy schedule.

      Thats just it really, taking small amounts GH or mild/low dose AAS periodicly suits me since I can train 3 days a week or so which means I can still hold down a good job have a private life as well.

      For clarity I said I want to keep strength and hardness, its more difficult to do both natty unless as I say I can train as above, little stress etc.

      We all know what our ideals would be but life is a lil different as you know bro

                    it only makes sense to stick to basics. creatine, multi vit, protein powder, fish oil ect. i am not saying to go buy the newest thing and pay $100

                      yeah I am with you on this one too, Protein with BCAA's mixed in, Supplemental healthy oil, my PWO has the creatine and a few essential vitamins along with a good diet should give everything you need.

                        I use creatine Ethyl Ester as it gives me less bloat, less thirst and I don't get the cramps I've experienced with the early creatine monohydrate. I figure its especially important to keep up the creatine since the main benefit of anavar is its effect in phosphocreatine (spell) synthesis i.e. I need to ensure that the creatine is there for the var to absorb and retain for strength increase.

                        course will be as folows:

                        50mg anavar ED for 10 weeks
                        25mg proviron ED for 10 weeks
                        400mg primobolon per week for 5 weeks and then EITHER the same for the last five weeks or 40-50mg furazabol ed for the last five weeks

                        as you can see its very anabolic low androgenic, I have 10 low dose testoviron depot ampules(100mg enanth and 30mg prop per ampule) on standby if my sex drive falls away.

                                Been on a couple of weeks now and I'm liking it, now.

                                I have done a couple of heavy sessions but this stack doesn't do the work for you if you know what I mean, not like tren and masteron inj in terms of strength. That being said with my diet more consistent, and with the creatine ee, and some san tight I've started to tighten up which is what I wanted. I feel quite hard and athletic and there are a few good shadows appearing where they should when I'm stripped off.

                                Done a four day split this week and I feel healthy with this course. I had to add in the testoviron depot, its only the light doe one 100mg enanth and 30mg propionate. That pretty much puts my test levels where they should be I supose and works excellent just giving me enough but no more.

                                My overall shape, strength and feeling of well being are all improved and I will be adding more anavar to get ten weeks out of it at the dose stated above.

                                Not sure what my weight is but it may be less now which is fine
