  • help with cutting.

    As the thread states, I want to lean up and shed a few extra pounds.

    I am 250 pounds. 6'2.

    This is what I have.

    Winstrol
    Helios
    Test E.

    I am going to run the Winstrol for 6 weeks @ 50mg a day.
    I will be running the Helios for 8 weeks. 5 days on, 2 days off.
    I will be running the Test E. for 12 weeks at 600mg a week.

    Does this look ok ?

    I have my new diet.
    I have a good gym routine made up.
    I have nolva. for any signs of puffy nipples.

    You didn't mention PCT do you have one? Are you prone to hairloss if so maybe some Fina would be good to have on hand.As for your cycle I have no exp with winstrol or Helios so I will leave that for someone else to chime in.

      Yes, I have Nolva and Clomid on hand for PCT.
      I shave my head so if I'm going to lose some hair, I'll let nature take it's course.

        Cycle looks decent. Joints may be a little rough on all that winny. I would probably only run it for 4 weeks.

        As you know though, the cutting really starts with diet. That will have the biggest impact in terms of cutting up.

          i just finished week one of the Winstrol. I can already feel a difference in my joints. Strength + intensity of my work outs is increasing. Again, joints are a little sore, nothing major, but I can handle it for now.

          Will keep the 4 weeks in mind.

                Here is an example of what my Diet looks like for one day.

                Breakfast.
                Egg whites, toast with p-nut butter, nuts, sliced up apples. Bran muffin.

                Snack.
                Protien shake, orange. I usually have the left over rice made from yesterday along with mixed veggies.

                Lunch.
                Fish, rice with peas.

                Snack. Protien Shake, granolla bar. Yogurt.

                Dinner.
                Chicken Breast. Rice, brocolli.

                Snack.
                Can of tuna with light manoise. I'll usually have some more fruit. Orange or an apple. Peice of tost with b-nut butter on it.

                Throughout the day I am drinking lot's of water. I will have milk with my dinner and that is it.

                As far as my workout. I train 5x a week. Doing cardio 3x a week.

                Mon- cardio for 20min on the tredmile
                Chest-Triceps. Abs.

                Tues- Back and biceps.

                Wed- Cardio 20 min-Bike. Shoulders and legs.

                Thur- A light workout of chest and abs again.

                Fri- 20 min. stair master. Abs.

                I would also like to include that at work, I am on my feet for 8 hours walking up and down the halls. So I feel this is some what of cardio aswell.


                Please.. Please.. Feel free to suggest ideas! This is the first time I am actually trying to cut and get to a satisfying body fat. It would mean a lot.

                  Two more questions.

                  Is it okay for me to eat whatever I want on Sunday? Anything and everything? Is there moderation?

                  2. How many times a week should I consume a large pasta meal?

                    you need much more healthy fats in that diet. Add in more fats with your meals and cut the fruit. fruit in the morning meals is fine but cut it after that.

                    as for your cheat day, yes there is moderation. you cant eat 10 gallons of ice cream. lol. just have a few enjoyable meals and get right back on track.

                      I second bouncer's call for healthy fats. Get some olives into there....maybe some guacamole for flavor with the chicken.

                            I figure this is as good a place as any to ask. SInce talking abou the joint pain from Winstrol, will this joint pain be permanent or just during use?

                              I eat flax seed oil in my oatmeal every morning. Really healthy oil! As for eating anything on a cheat day. Your body will only absorb so much then escrete everything else. Which is nasty and can make you really sick for that day and maybe next. Cheat in moderation.
