As far as the cheating goes, I have ONE cheat meal a week. I did have a cheating binge over the holidays and set me back a little. NOT at all in the BF department, but it did make me sluggish. Eating clean, makes your body stronger
Make sure you get plenty of rest too.. .:D

lol sugar baby... I had a greasy chicken/bacon sandwich and yes even though bacon gives me agida, it didn't. lol. I went out saturday for dinner, but had some chicken fajitas without the wraps or sourcream/cheese.
Pretty soon there will be no cheating and the carbless crankiness will settle in on WW, so I may act up on the board every now and then... make sure to calm me down. :D
