Im back in the gym and ready to run something, recovered from a motorcycle accident started training pretty hard again. Thinking of running a new cycle something more based towards lean muscle gains and less water. cycle will look something like this
Eq 2 times a week weeks 1-12 500mgs/weel
test prop eod weeks 1-12 375mgs/week
arimidex 20mcg's every third weeks 4-14
winstrol 50mgs ed weeks 6-12
clem 1-14 every two weeks 80mcg/day
was planning on running ephedra durring off weeks of clem but decided im going to stick to just this a very strict diet, good training, and tons of cardio not high intensity but long sessions
obv i have my pct all planned out including the hcg, clomid,
anyone can give me a heads up or suggestions?
