  • Judge Sentences Marion Jones to 6 Months in Prison

It just seems that atheletes are between a rock and a hard place. She was a fantastic athelete, no one can doubt that, she just got caught doing what probably all the others do. Great way to treat your people, same over here

Doubtful. She should be serving AT LEAST a full 12 months as anyone else in this world would, but seeing as how shes a famous athlete, shes serving 2 6 months sentences simultaneously. So if anything, shes getting off a little easy.

So 12 months is the standard jail sentence for personal steroid/GH use for regular citizens? Is that what you mean? Or are you talking about the lying to Federal investigators part?

Sucks. She admits everything and gives back the Medals and gets the stiffest penalties.
I GUARANTEE she wasnt the only one juicing on the track. Id bet all of em prolly were BTW!

I guess it could have been much worse. they (feds)only are targeting ppl who cover it up. noboby who admits to it has been charged but they leak it to the public to fuk u up anyway so its tough.
