hey there, I'll just lay it down, feel free to critique!

I'm 6'2", 250 pds, BF=?

Presently on 4th week of Sust and considering using winny with the sust for the remaining weeks 4-8.

week 1-8 Sust 500mg/week
week 4-8 Winny V (proposed)
5mg/ 4 or 5 per day

If there's anything I didn't mention that I should have let me know, still new to the discussion board!

Normally in a members first post , there is some mention of the absolute greatness that I possess , and then we move on from there :D

anyway ,, you may want to take that winny up a bit , to like 40 mg per day and make sure your all set with your post cycle ancillaries

id get 4 more amps of sust if you can and run the cycle out to 10wks. if not id up the winny as suggested and run it wks 6-10

Winny to 50mg daily if it is oral.

I also think you need 10 weeks. Sus was my fist and I did 500mg for ten weeks split shots twice a week. The Sus is just now kicking in for you. In my opinion 5 or 4 week isn't enough.
