Time between cycles question. I know its "Time on = Time off" but do you count PCT in with the "Time On"?

to me it comes down to availability. as long as its there im on.

You should count PCT and wait for your blood levels to return to normal if at all possible before "counting down" to your next cycle - in other words - 12 weeks on and probably 18-20 weeks off IMO...

its fine. i know some guys that started using steroids in their 40's, you could say they were off for 40 years. :D
