    I am thinking of running t-3 with my next cycle to lean up. I don't want to lose excessive muscle, so i was thinking of only 25mcg per day, for the last 4 weeks.

    Do you guys think I should go higher dosage or longer, or will that suffice to cut away some fat.

      Just a heads up, playing with thyroid hormones can have some very undesireable sides. I know everything we do has sides but t3 has always scared me. It'll get you lean though. Being that you are only 12-14% I would just do it with your diet unless you are showing. Do you compete?

        i wouldn't bother with it personally. i would rather leave it too diet, training, and the AAS to preserve muscle while you cut.

          if you do, start at 12.5 mg and work up. i do like t3 for assissting in fat loss more in the summer cuz I sweat on it.

            I only take T-3 when on GH but if you are gonna try it I think the way you have it is fine. if you end up liking it just run it 6 weeks but Id stop there. no need to go higher on the dose.

              I like to split a 25mcg tab into halves while cutting...12.5mcg upon waking, 12.5mcg six hours later. I've done this for 6 weeks and had no noticeable 'sluggish thyroid' side effects to speak of when ending it.

              Keep the dose low...you can get into trouble if you use higher doses. Also, if your not doing cardio at least 4x a week and eating clean...don't bother...it's not a miracle pill.
